cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/eqemu login

\ncvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/eqemu co modulename

now my question is...did it compile what it need to?????? or what do i do after this step

modulename needs to be the name of a module. You can't just type in modulename.

use NightDumps as modulename.

look at that url : http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/eqemu/, you'll be able to browse the full cvs tree from there
