Default Database updates??

I am a new admin and just got my server up and running. YEAH!

I am running an older version of the emulator however and would like to update to the latest version.

My question: Can you just upgrade the existing database by sourcing the new .sql file to it? Or Do you have to drop the old database and create a new one from scratch?

Thanks in advance.

Todd

You have to drop the database, but generally if you're looking to save character and account data , all you need to do is dump those 2 tables, create the new ones, then put those back in.

Theres an upgrade script in the release, but theres a couple of minor bugs in it (they can be worked through pretty easily though)
