Moving NPC DB rough alpha release w/quests

Not real big , but gives you the basic idea of what I'm working towards.

NOTE: this is a complete DB , just source and add account /character_ /faction_values info. if you want to retain accounts and characters.
This works with 044 release.

will only be here a couple more days , so anyone that can mirror please post mirror links (going home , back to slow dial-up)

Had a Team member send a few files , deciphering and merging the zones , may be more added tomorrow.

Getting quite a few new zones merged , will try to get another release out for this weekend.
