Default looking for a tutorial for moving npc @ mod

looking for a tutorial for waypoint commands for moving npc @ mods

and if it can be done i wood like to see a tutorial on waypoints and how you can setup your one moving DB of moving npc and mods

or if any one can help me out and send me the commands on waypoints. wood like to have tham it wood help me out.

The best, heck only, tutorial i have seen is on the S2K web site. He broke it down so a 5 year old could understand.
