If you can help, PM me in IRC or here. Please only apply if you are computer saavy. I've had people that couldn't figure things out, and it ended up taking hours and hours of my time to teach a very simple task.

The guide program application can be found at

https://guide.everquest.com/guideapp/

The following conditions are supposed to be met for active Guides:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You have an active EverQuest Account.
You have reached the 10th level with at least two characters in EverQuest.
You wish to volunteer your time to the EverQuest Guide Program.
Your EverQuest account registration is up to date and includes a valid email address.
If accepted, you will abide by the Policies and Procedures set forth by Sony Online Entertainment and the Volunteer Guide Program.

There isn't really an age limit. You can lie about it, they really just check for maturity. If you're going to act like Kyle9 or Darkone, then they'll obviously know you lied. But if you act like someone you wouldn't find on the eqemu forums, discluding the Developers; then you'll be fine.

Don't really expect guiding to be fun. It's only really for people who wish to help people. You don't gain anything you can exploit except for the occassionally retards /petitioning bugs that you can delete their petition and exploit the hell out of the bug with your other character if it's of any use.

It takes about a month or two for the only process to complete before you have to spend about two weeks of guiding time to become a full guide, and even then with the more but still not full access, you can't do much.

Bottom line, don't guide unless you really wanna help people. Don't guide if you can't answer the retards here with questions more then 20 times a day, *cough mattmeck*. You'll just be wasting yours, and there time.

Usually from me you would hear a, OMGLOL GO DO IT AND WASTE THEIR TIME". But really, this is something that I don't really joke about.
