what do i change the EQHOST.TXT file to?

RTFM. its all in there..

but incase you cant read here take this

4) Open eqhost.txt in your EQ directory and change it to say this (use copy/paste):

[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin.eqemu.org:5999"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin.eqemu.org:5999"
}
