Users cant login to Local Server Help

[Critical]

I I have my zones running and sql worked fine and the world seems to have no prob loading. But when the user goes to login the server gives me the following error under the world.exe
57006 New client from ip 10.41.32.102 port 1671
57006 Unknown opcode 0X5900 size 0
:
Client discounted.

I set up the account I dont understand whats happening. Help Please

Users? I am 99% sure the mini-loginserver (local server) is for one person only (the person running the server). If i'm misunderstanding you i'm sorry but this is what it sounds like.
