Default How do I submit code fixes?

I have done a search through the forums and wiki on this and have not spotted anything obvious or definitive. The closest thing I found was instructions on the wiki that told how to make a diff file that can be submitted to the devs. There was nothing on how or where to actually submit it.

So, the question is: Having made modifications to the code base on my server at home and verifying it functions properly, how do I go about sharing this with the eqemu project?

I do follow along with new releases of code but it gets old having to reintegrate my patches with each release. And I would especially like to see some of these fixes get into the public server I play on (PEQ).
