"eqhost.txt" problem

Hey I'm unable to save the eqhost file. I'm getting an error that reads

"Cannot create the C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\Everquest\eqhost.txt file.

Make sure that the path and file name are correct."

This happens whenever I try and save the file after editing it (as well as leaving it alone and just saving it) Using Vista if that helps any other info needed I should be able to provide thanks
