Default Mouse look (right click) too fast.
I have my mouse speed at 0. I have my max FPS at 60. When I try to look with "right click" it is way too fast and choppy.

Is there anything I can do to remedy this? I can't really move around that well with this problem. :(

I could have sworn Everquest had only partial control of the mouse speed in game. Most of it should be system based so try adjusting the mouse speed in the control panel. Some mouse software has game detection built into it to compensate for things like that.
