Default AA Hotkey

Hola,

How do I change the name on an AA Hotkey?

10367, Ageless Enmity, was throwing an unknown DB string from my dbstr, I corrected it in the AA window, corrected the description.

When I went to correct the actual hotkey, it doesn't work.

Looking through the dbstr I can discern that the hotkey title is most likely handled by 10367^2^Ageless --> 10367^3^Enmity (lines 1/2 of the hotkey?)

Looking in my database, in the peq editor, for AA 10367, 10367 is also defined as the 'hotkey title strings'. When I added 10367^2^Ageless and 10367^3^Enmity to my dbstr.txt the hotkey now says:

Enmity
Unknow
n DB

Any guidance on this?

Thanks!

I have no problem having this AA display using my default dbstr and PEQ AA table

It should look like

10367^1^Ageless Enmity^0
10367^2^Ageless^0
10367^3^Enmity^0

You probably need to recreate the button.

Curious, why the ^0 afterwards?

I went in to add that, and noticed I had 10367^2 for both Ageless AND Enmity ... totally fubarred, changed it to 10367^3^Enmity and it works now.

So, mine is working without the ^0 afterwards, is there a reason for the ^0?

I know an extra ^0 was added in a post-RoF eqemu client..maybe the feb 2013 build.

This is one of the reasons that supporting a new client takes time..things need to be adapted.
