I've been pulling my beard out trying to figure out what thing out of 500 options I changed so that my game was no longer getting me EXP of any kind.

I've been googling and searching and I guess nobody has been dumb like me yet, so I thought my first post could be something that'll help some dumb in the future, and if I should post this somewhere else, I will.

"Character:EnableCharacterEXPMods"

should be OFF. At least in my case. I guess either when it comes to tutorialb, the zone-based modifier is -1,000,000... Or maybe it's a broken command now, and does some spooky coding howls. So
