Having patcher problems...

Hey all, thanks for reading this. I'm having some problems with the patcher, as the title says. When i try to install it, i get a message, "Cannot overwrite "scrrun.dll" because it is protected by windows. I've tried everything i think, i rebooted, i tried screwin around with scrrun, but was unsuccessfull... Can i get some help, i wanna play eqemu
