So where can I find all the #(commands) on a semi-legit server for a newbie like me?

So basically a newb has status 0+

How do you gain a higher status?

Make your own server and set your account to 200, or ask a friend who is a GM to set you higher. Otherwise, you're whatever the server host allows. Many semi-legits put you higher.
