Default Memory Error how do I fix it?

Does anyone know how to fix this error? It just closes the zone I am in and goes to desktop then it gives me a memeroy error. Yes I have searched the forums for it couple of days and did not fine anything on this error.

eqgame.exe-Application Error

The instruction at "0x01c21295" referenced memory at "0xfffe0008". The memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate the program

This error has happened more than once.
Thanks for any help!

These problems are notoriously difficult to diagnose ... could be hardware compatability with your video or sound card, bad ram, anything. I occasionally peruse the Sony tech forum and people post problems like this quite frequently, rarely with an answer forthcoming other than to install latest drivers, latest DirectX, try disabling sound, try different RAM sticks, etc, etc

If you play EQLive and the problem occurs with that as well as EQEMu, you could try asking over on the Sony boards

It could very well be a client bug, but it may also be a bug in the data steam our Emu servers are sending to the client. If you are able to reproduce this error, please tell us exactly which actions you perform to get it.

All I did was log in and ran a few then it kicks me off that is all I did when I get the error. I don't play online anymore.

Usualy it's bad database entries, run the zone server from a command line and find out why it's crashing

I had this bug myself. One ting that seemed to "cause" it was whenever I passed through a certain area in the bazaar. It happened 10+ times, and didnt happen when i didnt move.

Hope this is some help.

Yes, the bazaar does tend to give memory read errors a lot. I've had it on many a server, and so have my friends, in bazaar. Might have something to do with that one trader, selling every item the server has, but is invisible and doesnt really sell the items? I don't know...just a thought.
