Hi. I recently started playing EqEmu over on stormhaven and got addicted. Well when we finally merged with the current source, lots of things changed. So I checked out the code and started digging around it. It got me the itch to start coding again. While currently a teacher (calculus, physics).. I coded on consoles for many years. I've started setting up a server to test some changes. What sort of method do you have for letting people contribute code? I don't mean the SVN itself, rather if you have system in place to check skill level before granting access.

Anyway on a side note, just digging around attack.cpp I found numerous small errors, fresh eyes and all. Just little things like one AA setting chance to hit to 6% instead of adding 6%, etc. Is there a specific place/format you'd like those reports? I assume its differnt than just noting a bug in game.

Tony

There's a code submission forum a couple of forums down from this one. Anyone can submit changes there.

Make the diffs easy enough to follow. Unified is easiest, line numbers really help a lot.
