Locking Server/GM access

I read on one of these posts that the GMs of a server can log onto it even if it is locked. Is a GM a status of 100 or 150? I tried this out earlier, i locked my server and tried to log on with my client(which has a status of 200, and is the server op), but it just told me the server was locked and i could not log on. I probably missed something somewhere...so if someone wouldnt mind sending some info and/or a synical comment my way...yeah thatd be great
