Repeatable Crash Bugs

If you know of a crash bug that can be repeated please post how to repeat it or login my server (LethalEncounter's Dev Test Server) and crash it. The more people that crash my server the more crash bugs I can fix. I have already fixed 5 or 6 since this weekend.
