Can someone test my server? called California

Hi, I just learned to setup a server, I can log in fine, but since I only have one computer, can someone please try log into my server see if it works? the name is California's server. Please either reply my post or drop me a message. thanks! The server is 5.0, with some quests copied from quest board.

Also I have a question if someone could help, I searched but didnt find answer. How can I set a upper limit to players allowed?
