Dissconnecting

I keep getting disconnected every 15 minutes or so, i have win98SE Cable any suggestions?

My first suggestion would be to read the many many other posts asking this, most are right in this forum. And you could always read the other forums too, there is a thread where the Devs are asking for help tracking down this issue.
