Quick question on new fix

I've searched for the last hour and read any thread I could find, but I cannot find where I place the files that I unzip? EQ Directory?
I'm sorry I know this has been covered.

If you just want to play read the play guide, if you want to run a server, think again if you dont know how to use this fix.
