Error 1017, If you Cant log in, READ THIS!

What you prolly have done (if you got this the first time after dec 17th) is patch to the new expansion...
we tried to warn you about this, but since you didnt listen,...
u can only blame yourself..

If you have a Backup that is more or less up to date,
you might want to try restoring it...
if you have a log (EverQuest.log and/or patcher.log)
of the files that were changed in the patch you can
just restore those, and save some time and hdd-space.

If You are using Windows XP, there is a way you might be able to recover EQ, Go into
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

DO NOT ask about other peoples backups or files.
becuase this is AGAINST THE RULES, and you can and
_will_ get banned for this offence...

there is a temp DR that will make EQemu playable
for those who have patched after the 18th of december..
the server need to run this source....
