Edit: Server says locked in selection window

Ok, I seem to have my server running. But the server still says locked on the server selection window.

I however cannot play because I have patched since 12/18.

If anyone is able to get into my server please let me know or could provide an answer to fix this.

Oh

Server is "Detached EverQuest Server"

It's run on Windows 2k3 athlon 1800 with a gig of ram so let me know how it runs if you get in.
