/guildwar doesn't work

/guildwar command does not work. Its an EQlive command that lets you go to war with another guild, but when you send the /guildwar petition to another guild it just says "So and so is now the leader of the guild"

Other than this I dont know if there is any command to get a guild war between to guilds.
