Possible 2006 fix

I tried Trumpcard's mysql fix and unfortunately, I still get the 2006 error. Is there any other way to change db permissions? It is annoying when you lock yourself out of your own database!

Try this..


mysql eq -u <username> -p

then type in the password when it asks for it.

If it gives you a permission denied, you didnt set the username/password permissions right.

The only other option I can thik of is opening up winmysqladmin, and putting in the user name and password into the config section. This might fix your problems..
