Default Why don't npcs respawn? its acting like itsperma killed

When I kill a npc or guard, it wont respawn even with #repop command, I'm using 5.5 dr1 and mw055 alpha 2 dbs, anyone know ?

The mobs may just have long respawn times. I have found that on my own server, the #repop command doesn't re-spawn mobs that are in the middle of their respawn counter. Give them some time or lower their counters. (Its under the Spawns tab if you use EQAdmin)

If what that guy said above me dosent work try this:

Type in that zone #depop
Then zone to antoher zone, zone back to the zone you depop and type #repop ...
