Can't enter Username/Password Winmysqladmin.exe

I open, Winmysqladmin.exe and it brings a screen up with my IP and computer name ect, I can't find the screen to enter my password and username Please help!!!

Open Winmysqladmin, go to "my.ini setup" tab, you will see

Code:

user=
password=

Edit user/password and click on "save modification".
