Default Is there a way..
To give no-drop items to players as a GM. I've searched and haven't found anything, and if its in one of the guides, I must be blind ><.

Its pretty simple, jsut #spawn a level 1 npc. Then do #npcloot add to his stuff the items you want to give them. Ince you're done tell them to kill and loot it.
