When i was just playing around i flaged myself 999 ehh idk why just cuz i was bored but i ran acrossed this wierd command it was like solar's privite command so w/e i tryed it is dose the same thing as LE's privite command far as i could tell nothing i know there privte commands but could someone plz inlighten me onto what these are supposed to do or will do at some point?

If the command you are referring to is 'optest', looking at the source code it is a function used by the Dev's for testing various server/client packet OPcodes. It in the current source it sends an OP_MoneyUpdate packet to the client, however there is other code commented out showing it was used for testing various other OPcodes in the past.
