Default Windows Popup Disconnects me when I zone!

Ok for the past 2 weeks I've had this problem when I play Winters Roar. Have yet to recieve any help there so I really hope I can get some here. Heres my post including all my problems etc.

http://www.wintersroar.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1220

Basically when I zone, and everytime I zone, this annoying window pops up and says something like "Everquest has detected that your client may have crashed to report this to SOE please hit "yes" or "no" in attempt to resolve this issue" (This is not word for word but something close) and then if I hit yes or no it just crashes completely. Then I have to restart EQ, and believe me this can be taxing on ones patience with a bad video card and having to zone/reconnect every time I zone or die. If anyone can be of somet help that would be a huge relief. I have tried almost everything I can think of, completely reinstalling EQ, deleting all files in EQ directory/WR directory and reinstalling from scratch, using EQplaynice and not using it. Using EQwindows and not using it. Turning down graphics and turning up and down data rate. It does not do this when I zone into wakening lands however, never. And it does not do it when I get reserrected for some odd reason. But almost every zone (granted I haven't tried a lot stuck to like 6 or 7 popular areas). Please help :(
