Ok I dont ever post here but I play on the emu alot and read the forums often.

So this is what happend to me. I had to go away on a camping trip for school for a week and I had the june 2nd patch backed up in my eqemu folder. I got back and didnt start playing agian till after the 16th so I missed that patch... and the day I went back on emu was the 22nd right when they put in the patch .. so there was no way for me to get the 16th patch so my main folder is patched up to date but my EQemu folder is still on the june 2nd patch... I can only play one server at the moment wich is only the DR4 servers.. Would apreciate some help..

Theres nothing you can do except keep playing DR4 servers, fortunately theres a few around.
