only a couple servers?

if i use the following, I only get 5 servers, 2 of which are down and one is testing and one I get a 1017 error. I can only log into one server and that doesnt have anyone else playing it.

If i use the following in eqhost, I can get to the sign in screen and then it states that there is no eqhost in the eq folder

which should I be using or is it something else all together?

You have an old version of eq that uses the old login server. You are using the correct eqhost for that and Winters Roar is the only server that uses that login server. To get to the other login server you need to patch and then change your eqhost to the other one. But the latest patch is not compatible with the Emu yet.
