Default Windows installer error?
Ok i just downloaded perl and when i attempted to start the installer i got the following error ...

This installation package cannot be installed by the windows installer service. You must install a Windows service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows installer service.
i can see this isnt an EQEmu issue but ive never seen this error before and i was hoping somebody here could point in in the right direction as to how to deal with it, perhaps where i can find "A newer version of the windows installer"?
