Default Cannot connect to server...

Okay, whenever I try to connect to my EQ server (minilogin) I get this error:

"cannot login to the everquest server. You may need to rerun the update patch"

I've tried changing the IPs in Boot5zones from 127.0.0.1 to localhost, and then changing them back... I don't even get to the server list if I don't use localhost.

Here's the files:

Boot5Zones.win9x.bat:

@echo off
start zone9x . localhost 7995 localhost
start zone9x . localhost 7996 localhost
start zone9x . localhost 7997 localhost
start zone9x . localhost 7998 localhost
start zone9x . localhost 7999 localhost
exit
cls

(I'm running Windows 98 Special Edition, I've tried both zone9x and zoneNT)

db.ini:

[Database]
host=localhost
user=********
password=********
database=eq

Loginserver.ini:
[LoginServer]
loginserver=localhost
worldname=Nez's EQ Server
locked=false
account=
password=
worldaddress=157.238.113.54
loginport=5999

(Yes I read the FAQ, yes 157.238.113.54 is the IP to this computer)

After I try to connect and fail, this error shows up in world.exe:
33780 New client from ip: 127.0.0.1 port:1220
u='eqemu', p='eqemu'
127.0.0.1: Wrong name/pass: name='eqemu'

Removing client from ip:127.0.0.1 port:1220

There's more but I can't scroll up in the DOS window.

And last but not least, the results in the Minilogin.exe window:

[LoginConfig] block not found in LoginServer.ini.
Server mode: Standalone
Login server listening on port:5999
New TCP connection: 127.0.0.1:1207

Removing client from ip: 127.0.0.1, port: 1218

Thanks in advance,
Neziroth

You dont have the eqemu account in your database...

Download one of the 3rd party eqadmin tools and add it...

Run "world.exe adduser eqemu eqemu 200" to add the eqemu account.

Since your using localhost in your boot5zones.win9x.bat you should also use localhost for your worldserver address, not your public internet IP
