1017 Error...I'm about to give up

I have tried everything. And by everything I mean I have shutdown my firewalls, made my dns the worldaddress...and added it to my hosts file in that folder windows\sys32\drivers\etc. I have tried disconnecting my comp from the router and plugging it straight into the wall. I have reinstalled all the server stuff for windows (6.0 server). I have read the tutorial by Spike many times making sure I follow everything (not minilogin related). I have even asked ppl that have their own servers up and I've read about every post out there. What am I to do!?!?!?

I can log onto others servers just fine so I'm guessing its my fault why I can't get on my own. 1017 Error kills me rawr . If you have any kind of solution for me please tell me. Peace
