about sound bank

i try to make my pfs sound file for my zone but my problem is i; have no wav file on my pc

in google all sound bank site i had found are very common :laugh , phore ring , car sound , etc.... someone know if a free bank most appropriate for eq exist ?

edit

another question for add a music to a zone in witch file are musik zone file and in witch format ? (mp3 ,wav , mid... ?) dont see they with 3d-spy
