Can't see ANYTHING But sky, tourch fires, and names, and menus

Fixed my last problem, now if you read my post in general, I can't see stuff in the game, boundaries are their and NPC sprites, ummmmmm hmmmmm. Help PLZ!

Updated drivers for V-card, and latest DX9 any ideas?
