I did everything in the play guide but i get an error can anyone tell me what this means

eqgame.exe - Unable To Locate DLL

i forgot to include that it says

The dynamic link library DINPUT8.dll could not be found in the specified path

I only know English and some Spanish, but I think that says that it's missing a required DLL.

=) I'll get back with you on what DLLs should be in the folder. =P

i downloaded them off the net, now i get an error that says

eqgame.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entru point DdEntry10 could not be loocated in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll

Bad DirectX install, maybe?

Try searching for the specific file name on google and put something like this in your search..."blah.dll download"...I did that when I had a similar error and just replaced it into my windows/system folder. See my post about DSETUP.DLL, as I said, it's simliar...
