Default Question about Database/Login/setting Admin account

I just set up this EMU today.. and i'm having trouble, how exactly do you FLAG the account, to just have fun i had to set all the commands to ' 0 ' i read the readme.txt that came with it, but just couldn't manage to flag the account, do i flag the account name that i use to log in.. or the user name of the character.
I tried the start 'run' command thing and then 'flag acctname 200' and it didn't do anything.

I saw lurker's post of:

Quote:
in loginserver.ini

account=eqemu
password=eqemu

that should get the server to show up

the command line optins aren't working atm. you have to edit it in mysql, or use an admin tool.

in mysql
mysql>use [your DB name]
mysql>update account set status=200 where name='eqemu';
but where do i define which name / account or character name ( still not sure of which), where do i enter that?

Also: every database i tried, when someone connects the um. 'worldserver' or 'zonent' window would just close, giving them a ' you have been disconnected screen'
so i'm using a blank DB with nothing heh..
Anyone have a DB With full Sleeper's tomb compatible with um..0.3.2 i believe?

Using windows 2000.
