Seeking a stable server that mirrors original EQ

I am seeking a server to play on that mirrors as closely as possible the regular EQ servers. I was banned from EQ for using a third party software program that enable me to zone at will. It seems to me that EQEmu promotes this instead of discouraging it as the original EQ servers do. I just want to play and be able to play a character from lvl 1 to 60 the hard way. I would like to have npc's to train with or be able to train myself upon leveling. I would like to play on a server that is both stable and accessable most of the time. Anyone have a server like this? If so please send me an email I would love to play on your server and would be willing to help troubleshoot bugs and stuff as wel.
