Freezing

Hello. A friend of mine referred me to EQEmulator, so today I tried it out. I'm not a computer geek, so I wouldn't know how to fix this. I've read through the Wiki, and I've also read through the forums (using search too). However, I've tried every solution posted and I still get a freezed up screen when I select a server to login to. I do not have titanium... must I?

Any help would be appreciated
