Default 0.7.0 Titles
It seems that titles (via #title) are broken in this release.

you need to specify which client you are using and what you mean by broken... you cant see it, oters cannot, what about after you zone, etc....

1. I was using the pre- 9/13 patch client.

2. I could not see titles on characters, even after zoning.

3. Unknown if anyone else was able to see titles or not (input, anyone?).

same client - pre 9/13. Even after zoning I can't see titles.

same using servr 0.7.0-800 9/13 patch no titles on myself or others before or after zoning
