Zoning not sending client proper heading

Zoning seems to be telling client to use heading 999 constantly (the heading you're at when you zone) instead of a dictated heading in the database you manually configure.

All the zonelines I've placed are working fine but vast majority of them don't link up properly with directional heading which results in you zoning and facing the zone you just zoned in from due to this issue (this despite having a properly dictated heading in the 'target_heading' column of the 'zone_points' table which it seems to completely ignore or force to 999 not sure which).
