Default Eqgame crashing fix
Thanks Grahl on the Darktides server for this fix.

For some reason my eqgame.exe has been liking to crash lately , not sure if anyone else has come across this. To fix it , open eqclient.ini in your everquest directory , go to the bottom and fix the default refresh rate from 0 to 60. ( or whatever resolution and refresh rate your monitor supports ) . Save eqclient.ini , then start eq in windowed mode ( alt-enter ) , works like a charm. For some reason DX9 is complaining about eq when it tries to display a screen resolution and refresh rate that doesn't make any sense to it. *shrug* was working fine before.
