patch on 5/30 or login server trouble?
This morning i logged and played some eqemu with no problem. Then this afternoon, I logged in again, but only to the character selection screen to see i needed to reboot. So i reboot, and when i go to log into the login server (45 seconds later), i get the incorrect version error.
'WTF' i think, so i quickly patch to verant to see eqmain.dll and a few other small files get overwritten. i replace eqhost.txt, and try again. This time i get through, i get a news update about boston fan faire, and then soon as i get to the server selection screen it closes up to the desktop. I did that a few times. I just again now tried to connect, and i got the incorrect version error so i don't know whats going on if its on my end or the login server is just going screwy.
Any input appreciated.
