Default How do I set up the peq database and eqemu 0.70 manually?

Is eqemu 0.70 the only version compatible with titanium?

Also where can I get a guide to set up eqemu 0.70 manually with say a public server with a password and with heaps of quests, spells the whole sha bang

I have managed it with cavedudes pack but I would rather have quests and stuff from peq as well so that my game is as close to the live as possible e.g not lacking in any quests or spells and such.

What steps do I need to take to get this setup manually? where can I find a guide on this?

Im really stuck

Thanks

Okay I downloaded peq rel 1 for 0.70 I created a database manually called peq Im going to grant all pruivaledges to my sqladmin user .....next I executed the .sql files that created the empty tables and then the one thats adds the accounts and stuff it seems the peq db is ok anyway .....

next I copied the peq rel 1 quests to my eqemu folder .

Now is where Im stuck? do I just get the same maps.tar file that was reccomended in cavedudes tutorial? or will I need different ones?

Assuming its okay to use the link from cavedudes tutorial for the maps I will copy them to the eqemu maps folder.

Nows the part Im really stuck at ........what doI do now? do I need a batch file? If so what does it need to be able to do ? could someone provide one thats compatible with eqemu 0.70?

After the batch file then what?

there isnt much info at all on this setup......I mean from the scraps Ive managed to read from totally outdated versions I will need to download minilogin.......if this is the case, where can I download a minlogin version thats compatible with eqemu which version if applicable?

Do I need to execute world.exe zone.exe after everything ready to go?

What should the login.ini and any other config files look like for 0.70 with peq database and for using both databases? (I havce a rough idea but once again im reading scraps from multiple possibly out dated guides)

Im really needing pointed in the right direction here, and Im not computer illiterate but some of the stuff regarding a manual install is badly documented or out of date

Thanks

Best advice I have for you is to actually read the Wiki, which answers every one of your questions.

Start here. http://www.eqemulator.net/

Click "Documentation/Wiki"

Try "Search"
