Is anyone creating .cfg files?

there are many missing from the emu

ps. If there is a program I'll volunteer to gather up the data from the live servers for all the zones I can reach.

pss. I'm useless on item collection no guild and don't camp jack sh*t

psss. Tried using cfg collector v1.02 but it created nothing....obviously does work with new patch? or obviously I'm just a fool using it incorrectly
