Default spell issues

Mage/Cleric spell line of summon items are summoning the wrong items. I have checked the spell info in the database and it seems like it should summon the correct item when comapred to the information in the database.... Has anyone else had this problem?

Also having same problem, spells_us.txt points to the right item to be summoned, cross-check that in the items table and it all appears correct, but when you look at the #spellinfo in the client it has a line 'base[12]' (the line under 'mana') and there the incorrect item id exists instead of the one listed in the spells_us.txt file.

Example: Spell 5264 Clerics Summon Hammer of Reproach, listed in spells_us.txt file as Effect Summon Item: 77517 (which is linked to the item Hammer of Reproach in items table), but a #spellinfo 77517 command in the client shows base[12]: 11981 (Drachnid Thyxl - item id is correct in the table)

Any clues on how to correct this? Doesnt work on all summon spells, just some.
