The ProjectEQ database is now available via CVS using Sourceforge. It is current as of 2 days ago. I am not sure how updates will work as yet, still working out those details but I hope to keep the db mostly current. In exchange, all I ask is that bugs are reported or additions are made and submitted here:

Please note due to the size, the db takes a bit of time to download. So, if you seem to be "hanging" let it go for a bit before restarting CVS.
load_system.sql and load_player.sql will load the database for you. Likewise, drop_system.sql and drop_player.sql will drop the db for you.
