Default Quest Issues
Ok, I've searched for this but not finding anything.

Main Issue: Quests not working

MySql 5.0.41-winx64
MySqlGuitools 5.0r12
ActivePerl 5.8.7.813
Windows XP x64 Pro

I can do hails, but turn ins just don't work. When i start a stand alone zone, it does show the status of loading perl.

When I look at my world's log I see on *some*, not all, when loading dynamic zones a debug issue of boot_quests does not take any arguements

And do see WORLD_PERL Loading worldui perl plugins
